CONTROL OPERATOR 

The control operator scans NFC (QR Code / Bar Code) to identify the guest and the details of his stay. 
App check-in

CHECK-IN OPERATOR 

The check-in operator scans the guest’s document through an integrated OCR function, which recognizes the data and associates them with the stay.

HOUSEKEEPER

The housekeeper manages the cleaning certification checklist of the accommodation unit and sends a message to the guest once the unit is available. 

MERCHANT

The merchant collects the guest services by directly charging his credit card or by adding costs to his total bill.

The maintenance supervisor receives maintenance requests and manages them through a workflow with multiple levels of approval.
