Upon arrival, the guest without a booking accesses a digital form via a link on the campsite website or a QR code displayed at the entrance. This form is designed to be filled in quickly from any device.

The guest enters their essential personal information in the online form, such as first name, last name, identity document, and contacts. The form’s intuitive design makes for quick, error‑free completion.
Data submission and confirmation
Fill&Go Form + PMS

At the end of the form, the guest receives a code to present at reception. Entering it into the PMS automatically populates the data, simplifying check‑in and availability verification. The Staff App can notify staff to prepare the pitch.
Operational management
Staff App + IoT (if active) + PMS

The system automatically generates operational tasks (cleaning, unit preparation). Everything is visible to staff via the Staff App. If present, the IoT system controls access, energy, and other smart services.
