The customer can independently manage his reservations, modify his personal data, enter a new reservation.  

It can be used both by customers who have made their reservation through online booking and by customers who have booked through traditional channels. 

The payment system from the Private Area, with storage of the credit card data, gives you more guarantees and allows the customer to speed up payments.  

Moreover, if you manage loyalty cards in your facility, through the Private Area your customer can view a summary of the accumulated points.
